About the CharityFISH OF LAUREL INC
Seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, the volunteers in the Elizabeth House kitchen prepare and serve a hot meal to our homeless clients. Meal preparation crews of about 3 to 5 people prepare a meal and make bag lunches. Bag lunches were offered at the end of the meal so folks would have some food for the next day. Can one person make a difference in their community? We think so!
We just plan on making 50, but we want to let more folks know that they too can make bagged lunches with their friends, from their home for this amazing organization. Please donate to help them continue to feed our homeless community 365 days a year!
Do you need a hot evening meal? Please come to Elizabeth House at 308 Gorman Avenue in Laurel, MD. We serve dinner from 6:15 to 7:15 pm every day of the year except Thanksgiving when area faith organizations provide that service. At the end of your evening meal, you can take a bag lunch with you for the next day.
