About the Creator

RESIN HERMOSA Created 34 Projects

The Richstone center has partnered with the South Bay Artist Collective to raise awareness, funding and support to teach art to kids in the Richstone Family Center program. Your donations make it possible for these kids to receive art instruction and participate in art therapy classes.

You can help in several ways. The twelve hearts are currently on display at the Manhattan Village Mall in Manhattan Beach, CA. To enter to win art classes for a youth aged 8-18, go to the mall and take a selfie with the hearts and post with the hashtag #artofgiving, also tag the South Bay Artist Collective, the Richstone Family Center and funddeed. We will be drawing from eligible entries each week though the end of March.

You can also donate here to support the partnership with South Bay Artist Collective, who are helping teach the young people in the Richstone program to use art as part of healing and therapy. SBAC works with Richstone students each week at Resin Hermosa as  part of their youth programming. These young people learn not only a variety of art techniques and skills, but learn the power of creativity, imagination and inspiration, in dealing with life's challenges.

Your donation goes to Richstone Family Center and is advised for the SBAC art program, and is tax-deductible within the guidelines for charitable donations by the IRS.
